Mr. Keeling entered the consulting field in 1952, specializing in petroleum engineering and the appraisal of oil and gas properties. His background includes broad experience in the petroleum engineering field, obtained while working for various oil companies and consulting firms. He has prepared routine and special core analyses, oil and gas analyses and feasibility studies for proposed gas transmission pipelines and gasoline plants. An officer of Lee Keeling and Associates, Inc. since 1959, Mr. Renberg has worked throughout the United States and Canada as well as in a number of foreign countries. Previous experience includes ten years as a consulting petroleum engineer with another prominent consulting firm supervising preparation of reserve estimates, appraisals of oil and gas properties, geological investigations and feasibility studies for secondary recovery projects. He is also experienced in analysis of reservoir performance and prediction of future reservoir behavior; geological investigations and feasibility studies of thermal, waterflood and pressure maintenance projects. He has represented industry and non-industry clients on unit operating and engineering committees. Previous experience includes a wide range of operational and reservoir engineering responsibilities with Lion Oil Company (Monsanto) and consulting petroleum engineer for an international consulting firm. Mr. Grice joined Lee Keeling and Associates in the fall of 2005. He prepares appraisals of oil and gas properties for the purpose for bank financing, acquisitions, mergers, and SEC reporting. Mr. Grice has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior experience includes a wide range of reservoir and production engineering for a major independent. Mr. Genuzio began his career in petroleum engineering in 1988, working in various fields in Bolivia. His background includes extensive experience in reservoir engineering and the management of gas storage projects. Mr. Genuzio worked for several major oil companies both in Bolivia and the United States. He joined Lee Keeling and Associates, Inc. in 2008. B.S. Petroleum Engineering, University Gabriel Rene Moreno, Santa Cruz, Bolivia, graduated with honors 1988; M.S. Petroleum Engineering, The University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma, 1993. In 1996,
