His background includes broad experience in the petroleum engineering field, obtained while working for various oil companies and consulting firms. He has prepared routine and special core analyses, oil and gas analyses and feasibility studies for proposed gas transmission pipelines and gasoline plants. His work has led him to Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Alaska and the Middle East.

Previous experience includes ten years as a consulting petroleum engineer with another prominent consulting firm supervising preparation of reserve estimates, appraisals of oil and gas properties, geological investigations and feasibility studies for secondary recovery projects. He is also experienced in analysis of reservoir performance and prediction of future reservoir behavior; geological investigations and feasibility studies of thermal, waterflood and pressure maintenance projects.

Mr. Grice joined Lee Keeling and Associates in the fall of 2005. He prepares appraisals of oil and gas properties for the purpose for bank financing, acquisitions, mergers, and SEC reporting. Mr. Grice has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior experience includes a wide range of reservoir and production engineering for a major independent. He also served as a bank engineer for a several Texas-based energy lenders.

Mr. Genuzio began his career in petroleum engineering in 1988, working in various fields in Bolivia. His background includes extensive experience in reservoir engineering and the management of gas storage projects.
